There is a lot to be done, As far as I can understand Its like they will act as a electrical grid, and they are bound in a smart contract. The infrastructure is to be built, but if it goes successfully, it will open the future of distributing electricity.

There will be a total if 1billion tokens. ICO details are still to be announced.

The distribution of power can be used even in many modern areas also.
Take for instance the Philippines.Even if the Grid is present, it is in shambles because of lack of regulations.
The maintainers actually are unaware of improvement on any level.
This could also be used to create a environment for improvement also
