Pascal Coin is one of the best under $10M in my opinion. Active  development.. coin has blockchain trimming and an account feature where you store your coin in accounts that you put in your wallet. They claim that they could maintain a blockchain size of 6GB and be able to trim the rest of the data using the technology in their blockchain, which is great for scalability. This type of tech  is likely to be in the "next big thing" .. the wallet downloaded the needed blockchain info in under 5 minutes, compared to bitbay which took hours and hours so I gave up on it and uninstalled it.  I found an account number in pascal's account trading marketplace that matched my zipcode... I was happy to find that and gobbled that one up for my own personal use.  

I'm going to try to get them to change the name of the coin to "Pask" and get them to remarket it.  An interesting thing about the wallet is how easy it is to look up balances of all the accounts. Poloniex's account (86646-64) makes up 85% of the circulating supply, some 8.5 million coins are in that wallet alone.
