I can not do graphics, but I can picture in my head this coin... see on the bottom of the feather there are a few fins that make out an F (forget about the top part of the feather)...
further to this... the top fin and bottom stem of the feather look like arms of a Clock........... the roundness of the coin further signifies a clock... why not make the F out of the feathers and the feathers can be the arms of a clock... the clock indicating speed - speed of feather coin..

Also you can make the numbers for the clock around the edges in binary, separated by a ".".  so like 1.110.11011.11011100. and so on and so on...

anyone want to try to take this image out of my brain and actually try to make something of it? maybe I am thinking too much?
