Oh wow just when you think a shitty company can't get any lower. I login to their zendesk and look at my tickets and they've marked all of my e-mails regarding this issue as "Solved" when absolutely NOTHING has been resolved yet. Nothing at all.

I can see that a) your ticket was void (correctly), and b) you sent many messages so they were all merged into one inquiry (not "solved").
