That is because there was an error. If you look at the pic I posted you will see my balance say 6e 7. That is a error how was i suppose to know what it means? The admin need to refund my money is it really that hard. I just want my money back or to withdraw my bitcoin then ill leave this alone.
What is this error about? I do not find that there is an error here, it just matter of the writting and that's all. May be you could screenshot your trade history as proof that you are really losing all of your bet here. You can't ask for refund when there is on your own fault, even if you are doing the wrong bet or strategy, this wont be exception either
