As there is no option to receive BOS at the moment, Hitbtc is selling some that can not be transfered yet as they are still locked in the dashboard. So people can "reservate" them, if you know what I mean. So i do believe that this price peak of 0,001 BTC is realistic, this project seems huge to me.
