bitcoin is the first, and it is the one that started everything in crypto, it's the more safe and more developed, i think the other coisn need to prove to be worth more than bicoin not the opposite, there is still a chance to have a better coin in the future, but there are chance to develop bitcoin even more covering the hole and make it the ultimate cryptocurrency, also right now it's a very good safe heaven
Bitcoin is now a mother of all the cryptocurrency it is the best and no. currency right now. Why it become powerful because of its uses. It can do more than the other type of coin here. Even in the near future that no one can defeat it because it become more popular and it will developed more soon.
I do agree that bitcoin has power because it was bought by investors because it's utilitarian. But, I disagree that bitcoin can do more than other coins out there. Etherium offers ETH contracts to other ICOs out there. Bitcoin is just bitcoin. All the other coins have copied the concept of bitcoins and most of them have a target market, have something innovative on them, and that's their edge against bitcoin. They have to make something better than bitcoin so people would invest on their coins. Unfortunately for them, bitcoin has the best foundation and userbase so it will always be the first one until a much better technology comes.
