Secondly, depending on how hot the altcoin is, once you have earned enough and when it gets listed on the exchange, you can sell it for quite a sum. 1-2 BTC in a month is very possible. 
You know seeing is believing
I have read twice or thrice about someone earning so much, but I have yet to see anyone actually earning that (i.e. receiving real 1-2 BTC in the end). People were claiming that they had been paid some amount in a certain token but they didn't specify if they actually had managed to sell this token for the said amount in bitcoins. As it seems to me, the reality may be not as good as we are made to believe, up to a point where these posters have been basically posting in vain (i.e. not being able to sell that token for anything). If you have more info, you are welcome to share it. I wanna see it with my own eyes (and I guess it is not only me who could be curious)
