Every Pakistani Rupee is always backed 1-to-1, by traditional currency held in our reserves. So 1 Pakistani Rupee is always equivalent to 1 Pakistani Rupee.
Well this ICO is on an idea stage. The reserve money will come from the money I raise through the ICO.
I can't understand what OP wants to convey with these two statements. Have a look at first place he gives impression that he has already money to back the digital currency but at later post which is reply he is saying from ICO money he will get reserved funds. then for development funds from where will come ?
