Obviously this is not connected to ISIS contrary to what they say. This is the work of a desperate man who went crazy because of money and greed.

This is what moral vacuum does to you - make you a victim of various addictions. When the man lost his false god in form of money, his life had ended. We can only speculate, if the outcome could be different from the moment he decided to fill hole in his heart with paper.
