No. This is the conclusion I've arrived at after all the research I've done, considering various opinions, and my own careful monitoring of the many thousands of hands I've played during the past year on sealswithclubs. They most definitely are NOT running a legit poker site, in my opinion. Too bad there's nothing that can stop them from stealing as many bitcoins as they can suck out of people. Check out what somebody else said on Sealswithclubs' subReddit:
http://www.reddit.com/r/SealsWithClubs/comments/1am4t2/i_dont_really_trust_the_swc_software_anymore/With thousands of hands you should be able to do a statistical analysis and possibly demonstrate some evidence of bias, along with some measure of significance based on your sample size. Even then you would have some selection bias, since players who win or break even don't usually subject their hands to such analysis. So you should include a representative sample of all hands, not just your own.
With so many players playing, some people are going to have really bad luck, and those are going to go and post about it, while those with slightly bad to good luck won't. It may be very hard to win the lottery, but someone always does eventually. Similarly, it may be very unlikely to lose to a whole bunch of longshot draws, but it's going to happen to someone, due to the sheer number of hands played.
That's why you can't go by anecdotal evidence and opinions. You're always going to hear from the players who have experienced the worst luck.
there is evidence but it's not worth the trouble (and site owners know this) of instilling common sense in your willfully deluded brain. it's about as challenging as the argument about the existence of God. the evidence is there, but if you push it away, you're going to convince yourself He's not and you'll just end up totally irritating those who know He does.
with that said, there's no need to contest my opinions. but I know you won't even understand the logic that I posted them to inform others, not to debate with those who charge me for evidence yet have none of their own to support that the site is not actually rigged. but I'm sure you'll come up with some, won't you?
