Dont get me wrong, there are a lot of legit projects on Waves (those projects are transparent though, dev teams, advisor, etc). But recently ANONYMOUS projects like AQUA, RIDDLE, WAAH with written roadmaps and such have all ended up being SCAMS (check Bitcointalk).
