These guys have just totally changed their entire plan. First is was going to be securing ownership on the blockchain with a secondary phase regarding AI. They were still trying to get their crap together a week before the ICO. Eth gained and they didn't adjust their price per token. Absolutely slaughtered during an interview with coin interview. First ICO total failure. Then going to relaunch at later date,

Hey, we haven't totally changed everything, we just rebranded to focus more on the Decentralized Energy component based on community feedback that it was more interesting and valuable than a registry application.
To make the Decentralized energy functionality work an asset registry is still required at the foundational level. We will have a TestNet demo released in the upcoming weeks to demonstrate the design and functionality of the DApp.
