Giving up gambling is a hard task, you should have a satisfied mind to give up gambling for the better. Once you enter the gambling sector the alternate winning and loss keeps you in a excited level.
It is hard and alot people cant do that, I wish to stop gambling as well but I cant . I play with small amount just to satisfy myself. Right now it is the best method for me, otherwise I could wager alot and that is going to cost me alot.
