I'm sorry. This answer makes no sense at all. In fact, given that you're outsourcing a fair amount of your dev work, I would think that you need a source code control system even more.
All of the teams that you mention are more than capable of using git.
The more time that goes by without meaningful code beyond some old smart contracts, the more of an issue this is going to be. Source code is one very common measure of progress. Without it, your community will begin to question your progress, and rightly so.
Do you have a time frame for when you expect to deliver the app, your latest contracts, and backend implementation in git?
As to the app - First week of august. Full working app: with secure, encrypted chat, with blockchain file storage, with actual money transfer, and with fully working bonuses (token emission)
We will start releasing libraries under Apache 2.0 - on June 12th
(we will only release libraries, but we will not release our backend code for security constraints)
