This design is very fancy... like disco lights... it was itching in my eyes at first look.
It isn't a professional design because professional logos should not be itchy. This can't be a branding design.
So my final vote goes to #1I differ from you opinion. I am not trying to back my logo up. But I would like to mention here that logo are meant to grab attention. It is scientifically proven that colorful object are more attractive to see. If you do a simple logo search on google. You will get to see many colorful logos. Even the google logo is full of colors. Actually it is a simple marketing strategy. When you advertise your things you want to grab the viewer attention. Colorful things grab attention more. What colors I used were suggested by the op himself which depicts UAE flag. All the designs are really very good. All I was just trying to tell the reason for the colors in my logo.
