I got a reply from support. They 'fixed it', the failed exchange has now processed. But now I have money sat on my plastic card that I can't use anywhere cause it keeps declining. At this point, I just want my BTC back and to never use them ever again. Sad, cause I was recommending them to friends during the e-coin days.

*edit* AND NOW MY VIRTUAL CARD IS DECLINING. Service unusable.
