Anyone know why Ripple list the market cap. of XRP at 27 billion, while coinmarketcap.com lists it at only 10 billion?

the law of supply and demand enters the market scene, the escrow announcement provides there will be no flooding of supply of xrp in the market be sure that the supply is controlled and the demands appreciated, enters the price trajectory. the way i understands it the escrow announcement
