HINT:  Trollbox was the only way people were finding out about the large number of accounts polo was not allowing to cash out.

 HINT:  the logic does not hold. chatMods are not trained paid support service staff. If a huge place like polo NEEDS more support
they could just HIRE new support, but they do not seem to have.
 
 For safety, I personally am moving my funds from Polo- if they let me have them.
