I have a problem, I've sent coins through changelly to my dogecoin wallet on anxpro. Its more than a week now and still haven't them in my wallet. Status on blockchain is "not yet redeemed". I've sended two messages to anxpro, but they didn't respond. Can you guys help me where is the problem?
