From yesterday im trying to withdraw my ICN from jaxx and/or from myetherwallet but getting this error each time " Warning! Error encountered during contract execution [Out of gas]"

Increase the gas limit to 70000, and make sure you have at least 0.0035 ETH in the address to pay for 1 or 2 transactions.
Speaking of gas....
