I've been using Coinzy/Kardiz for Bitcoin VCC's for about two weeks now and everything ran smooth as butter.

I actually recommend it to a few people after putting $500 or so in BTC through their service. Fast forward to 4 days ago when I deposited $1700 into my account. It's a lot of money and I feel stupid now for doing it.

Anyways, I deposited the money and put it all on a single card. When I went to use it it had asked me to log back in to see my card. Logged in and my card has disappeared. Nothing. My balance said zero, and says I don't have any cards.

It's been 4 days, I've contacted customer service twice now with not a single response. Even though on the site it says "24 hours". I can't get ahold of anyone from this business about my issue. I believe I was scammed by whoever is running this site.

Has anyone else had this problem?
