What's wrong with Time? It's the only altcoin that's not pumping 
Allocation all TIME tokens is in the hands of true investors, not in hands PUMP groups. Hence is not HYPE gate like in other projects.
This is not wrong, really this is a very positive side of TIME. Price will be based on real demand and supply.
