Your PSU is too weak. You need at least 850W to run 4 cards. Try with only 3 cards plugged in.
Already tried. Win 7 with 3 cards works, Win 10 crash also with 1 card.
If I use 1 card, can I plug it normally in raiser or in PCI-e 12x on motherboard?
I tried Win10 Pro and Home x64, with or without updates.
I closed Firewall and Defender, no AV installed and power saving disabled.
if the system don't reboot, it's a software problem, i thinkt ehre maybe too much oc, or you have a wrong drivers update to run the gpu with wthe last win 10 update, maybe let windows 10 decide the update to install
