This has been underperforming because of a lack of communication and updates. If they provide both an update, show a few things indicating good progress by the end of next week & commit to better communication in the future, then this will be re-valued much higher.
yea that is quite common problem with crypto ICOs, lack of communication. but we kind a getting used to it
