I don't hear anything from Gunthar... I bought a licence on bitify and sent him my API-key by PM... I didn't receive any further instructions yet.
Do I have to release the escrow on bitify, even if I didn't receive anything yet?

Just wait a day or two. I had to wait almost 2 days before I go my license. Just sent him a PM telling him you paid. And then just wait a bit.
