No, sorry guys, they announced in the telegram (I think it is pinned) that Bitcoin-Suisse is taking no more applications. Probably their contingent is almost used up and they just need to work thorugh their backlog of applications.
I think it wouldn't make any sense to participate via Bitcoin Suisse now as the process takes some while and ICO will start in four days..
Oh wow I didn't track the progress of the ICO via Bitcoin Suisse. They say 260 contributors are in the queue and it's already 70% sold out. This means the ICO will open for at least an hour, and likely get much more than the remaining 30% cap. So seems like it's going to be another one of those huge ICOs.
