I don't know why the dev keeps making these declarations, then just disappearing. You would think if he was serious about re-launching the coin, there would be some kind of community outreach.  Instead he just locks the thread, with no communication in over a month.

This is looking More and More like a Scam.

ICON is a good target for community takeover.
