Just logged into the rise.vision ICO site, and I dont see the rise coins there which I bought during the ico.

The ICO withdrawal system has been closed for a long time. Most people withdrew their Rise token since last year, but those who still haven't withdrawn can open a support ticket at
https://support.rise.vision and we'll take it from there.
I just created the ticket. Do I also need to create an account there to review my ticket and reply? Because I didnt received an confirmation mail of the ticket and I dont know where I can see the ticket now to reply..
