What you need to do is copy the blk0001.dat file to the location of your topcoin3-qt.exe file, rename it to blk0001.dat.bak, and then start the application with the following switch:
topcoin3-qt.exe -loadblock=blk0001.dat.bak
It should then import the blockchain that George5 provided. Please let me know how it goes.
