I'm having problems withdrawing from the site. I deposited 0.2 BTC on 5/24/17, and played with those funds throughout the day.
At the end of the day, I had the same balance (0.2) and decided to call it quits. I tried to cash out but received an error message. I reached out to support and was told that because my account had been accessed across multiple IP addresses, a security review would be conducted for precautionary measures. My explanation was that I played throughout the day, alternating between my desktop/laptop/work machine.
It's been approximately 14 days since my first correspondence. I occasionally follow-up and feel that I've allowed the process a considerate amount of time. Has anyone gone through something similar? I just want to know the approximate timeframe I should be expecting to receive my funds. I haven't received a concrete time from support yet.
It should take lower amount of time for security check. Try going for support service once again and tell them that you have been waiting for days. I dont see any reason that the security check should be going for over 14 days. That amount of time could actually ruin their image around here
