Intelligence is two fold, your born intelligent or your not. Then education can make intelligent people brilliant and dumb people smart enough to engage in society.

Trump is successful though, and even dumb whites look good. Blacks are dumb and ugly. Most blacks are born dumb, it's genetic, and all are born ugly, even the one or two semi-intelligent ones. Not enough tongue or contribute to society. And Chinese girls don't want them.
