If there is a mistake on the deposit, you should not take that as a chance to hold and make use of the funds by holding it without solving the case. Making a refund won't take this longer. If this keeps happening, you will loose customers just because of your bad support service. You can't give the statement 'too much of request' as an excuse. it is all about funds. You can't hold our funds these longer in the case of some mistakes.
