I agree, it is the worst platform.

I have GNT withdrawal in "Awaiting Approval" state for 4 days.

Can't cancel, stuck in position. 

I contacted them 3 times already. no response.

For the amounts we are talking about, it is not OK to just not contact customer for 4 days.
