No surprise there. 
You always hear horror stories about Poloniex and their exchanges from numerous of their customers.
Their customer service is quite poor from what I heard as well.
Why anyone would entrust their coin with them is something I can not or ever will understand.
I am one of they customer and have never had any problems from them. I think op should send a message to mod. It seem something went wrong some were and hope they resolve this issue and credit your wallet without further delay.You always hear horror stories about Poloniex and their exchanges from numerous of their customers.

For two and a half years this is my first problem, but the volume of trading on Polo is impressive. I hope that the level of service will be improved.
