Most of the altcoins are cheap but most of them do not have a growing potential in a short period of time, some of them are scam coin and some other are still being developed.

What I see some altcoins that have a growing potential within a short period of time are Stellar, Siacoin, Doge is cheap but not much potential (more as a joke), then Bytecoin is cheap as well and I think it has a good potential in short-mid-term.
