I'm in BitBean for the long term like I have always been saying in here. Us long term supporters will benefit greatly as we are the ones earning the sprouting rewards each day as I have noticed that a lot of people have there BitBeans on exchanges. This is the best time to sprout and earn some beans. I also buy a few thousand each week to add to my sprouting weight.

A rough estimate would be around 1k BitBeans a day or every second day. It all depends on the network weight so the more BitBeans you have the better chance you have at sprouting some beans every day. I just let the beans I sprout compound as that helps build my stake so in return I can earn more beans in the long term and like I said I also try and add some more beans each week to help build on my stake.
