So, the following statement would be true?

If you contribute in ...
... the first hour, you will get 200 tokens per ETH.
... the first 7 days, you will get 170 tokens per ETH.
... the last 7 days, you will get 130 tokens per ETH.

If this is true, then why do you talk about ratios? That is something completely different!
