About c-cex. Similar situation was last week: two hours before end of voting HMQ was leading with 0.15 BTC gap, but last minutes somebody made another coin win. So will see this time. Anyway, even if it will happen, I don't think it will affect the price of HMQ at all. But 15k sounds good to me 
its manipulated big time by botnets...thats why no one should vote for anything on crypto, just have to research and make a decision
And it is now happening again, they are getting beat by some old coin in the votes. This is where the dev team should invest some of their ICO money in to promotions, such as votes to get on C-Cex. I hope they read this before the next 2 hours is up.
