Actually a good one would be tips for the home sort of..
I stumbled onto some videos on Youtube before that called them "life hacks"
Such as putting a magnet on a hammer so you can add the nails to it.
Or putting a rubber band on a stripped screw to help get it off..

A site that focused on that sort of thing neatly organized into categories so it was easy to search could be popular i bet.

With at least pictures or maybe video too.

Monetize it ? (topic title didn't say anything about money)
Just make sure to feature a Bitcoin donation address and remind people occasionally to donate.
Don't even need ad's or any dumb shit like that.
Provide a quality service and the money will come.. no need for shady or intrusive tactics.
