First, i do NOT fulfill your conditions because i have a zero-fee transaction and it is not in your mempool. Hopefully you can do something.

wallet software: Blockchain.info on Chrome(web wallet)
mempool: Yes, i have checked http://www.mocacinno.com/page/getraw, entered my transaction id, and i was NOT shown the raw transaction, so this transaction is NOT in your mempool
something strange: Sorry i cant say. I have not the needed knowledge to check.
rectified situation: Sure, i have learned a lot the last days. I will stop using blockchain.info(bitcoin core is syncing) and i know now what exactly the transaction fee is. In futur i will always check the current fees and add them to my transactions.
tip: No, BUT i promise i send 1$ as soon as my wallet is "unfrozen". After my faulty transaction i needed help with here i have done four new transactions with correct fees added to them. But they are all only shown in my wallet and nowhere else. They are now >12 hours old and unconfirmed too. I think they can not be confirmed until my first faulty trans. is confirmed. So if i spend now you will not be able to see this and it will not going to be confirmed
