We cannot say poor does not have $10. Only knowledge and perception on future really matter here. People got chances to enter into bitcoins in early days and got chances to come millionaire only if they have decided to save it till today. Not all the rich is becoming richer, but only those who are capable of foreseeing the future.
This logic is terribly flawed
There is even a saying which states that if things were to be done twice, all would be wise. As to me, what you say is not very far from claiming that it is all "knowledge and perception on future" about staking at the right horse after the races are over. Apart from Bitcoin, there were likely thousands of efforts and projects in Internet back then that ended with nothing and didn't bring anything but losses to their poor "investors" or "buyers". In this way, you would have to stake too many "10 dollars" to actually hit the jackpot
