Is the reference for the Blackbytes also the BTC position in the wallet yesterday at 13:10 UTC or today? As I moved some coins and did not yet get Darkbytes.

The snapshot was on June 9th at 13:10UTC as listed in the OP. No snapshot for either type of bytes today. There is no Darkbytes.
Please note that the distribution of Blackbytes is different, in that the richest BTC-adresses will get them first.
