There is no real way to tell yet. We have to wait, once we get closer we should get access to a lot more information about their offering.
But by holding HEAT you will get the options (which should be tradable) entitling to 50% off a share.
The original number (which might not be valid anymore) was 25 EUR share price and 1 option for every 400 HEAT you hold at the time of the snapshot.
So every 400 HEAT would be worth 12.5 EUR in addition to the price of the coin.
