It has been told to you by about 20 different users in the Waves topic: you made a mistake, you received your Waves but you don't have access to your coins and you accidently showed your private key (seed) in the screenshots you posted.
The coins are lost, face it, accept it, be a man about it.
And why complain now? The ICO was a year ago.
Stop blaming others for your mistakes.
