Poloniex is a good platform BUT their support has become completely non-responsive. They seem to be intentionally delaying my enhanced verification to keep my coins on their servers.

I am fully verified with 25.000 USD withdrawal limit per day but I have way way more on my account there and have been asking them to be enhanced verified for three months. They just ignore my ticket.

How can you trust a website that first promises you that they will do the skype call for enhanced verification and then ignores you for months ?

I am withdrawing 25K worth of coins every day but if my crypto portfolio keeps rising 2% per day and they keep ignoring my request, I will never be able to withdraw my coins from there.
