Unfortunately people will continue to believe in fairy tales because they will choose to believe in anything that feels convenient for them even if they must detach themselves from objective reality or completely obfuscate information.
And one of the most amazing things is that scientists, who have seen the proof that God exists, still want to believe in the fairy-tale that He doesn't exist.
