If so, and if you'll all have me, I'd like to accept interim dev duties. I will post a Github version of the updated code and Windows/Mac GUI builds. This build includes some updated seed nodes as well, but I would also consider registering a domain and building a more permanent network of them should you spread CHAOS upon me.

I apologize for my excessive caution and paranoia, but first a few questions. You are using a profile name that is very similar to a widely respected member, vlad2vlad who has a high trust rating but your profile is fairly new? Are you vlad2vlad?
