We named the "Node queue mining" algorithm "QPoS"
Does it mean that one can no longer stack with 10k BASH in the wallet? Or do we have PoS and QPoS simultaneously?
When we start QPoS, then only the QPoS rules work,
The registered nodes must find a new block within 2 minutes, else it will be locked.
The difficulty of mining is the lowest,
Under normal circumstances, 1~2 seconds can be find a new block, we have tested it.
