i send a request to gatecoin out of hong kong. they sell btc, eth and some smaller eth token. i recently registered there and it was easy. verification for tier 1 was fast, which is importent atm. i wait for kraken, poloniex and bittrex tier update since weeks without any notice.

i think a mid tier exchange is better as a next step. the bigger ones will follow if successful.
